Nexaira Reseller Router Guarantee & Warranty
- 30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee
All products returned to Nexaira within 30 days of the original purchase date are eligible for exchange of a new Nexaira product valued up to the original purchase price. However, the product must be returned in its original package and contain all of the original components and collateral materials. Additional fees may apply to customers if the returned product(s) is not in the original condition. Returns are only acceptable from Resellers and not third parties or consumers. Consumer and third party returns must be accepted by the reseller, and thereafter the Reseller must request a bulk RMA from Nexaira. All returns are subject to review. Please contact Nexaira's Customer Service Team to request a return. Nexaira RMA procedures are outlined in the Exchange/Return Process section below.
- One Year Router Limited Warranty
Nexaira routers are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. Any unit which does not meet the product specification anytime within 12 months from the date of purchase is warranted. Customers wishing to exercise a product warranty should request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) for a warranty replacement router of equal value and condition from Nexaira's Customer Service Team. RMA requests may be denied if customer has not downloaded and installed the latest, appropriate router firmware from the Nexaira Support Web page. Warranty RMA returns after 30 days but within 1 year of purchase date, are only eligible for exchanges of refurbished units, and under no circumstances will credit be issue. All returns must follow the Nexaira exchange policy to be eligible for warranty replacement. All RMA requests after 12 months from the date of purchase are not eligible for warranty. Returns to Nexaira are subject to review and must fall within the warranty guidelines. Subject to the limitation specified above, the customer's sole and exclusive warranty shall extend to repaired or replaced products for the balance of the applicable period of the original warranty. Warranty guidelines for custom branded Nexaira products, are prescribed in your contract.
- Submitting a Claim
Nexaira values your business and endeavors to provide the very best service. Returned products requiring maintenance should be directed to the original purchase reseller, or Nexaira's Product Support Web site at http://www.nexaira.com/support-services to review technical support options. Products deemed defective within thirty days of the original purchase date, may be exchanged for a new product from the original purchase Reseller. Resellers who accept a timely filed RMA from a customer must request a corresponding RMA from Nexaira before exchanging warranted for new merchandise. Resellers of custom branded product must follow the RMA rules and process outlined in their contract. All warranties remain in effect for 12 months from the original purchase date, irrespective of any exchanges during that time period. Once the Reseller, consumer or third party requests an RMA from Nexaira, an RMA number and shipping instructions for product return will be issued. An unauthorized return (i.e., one for which a RMA number has not been issued or found to have not been defective) will be returned to the customer at their expense. Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid in an appropriate shipping container and insured to the address provided on the RMA documentation. It is required that the original box and packaging materials be kept for storing or shipping Nexaira Product. Nexaira is not liable for the loss of any data or information that may have been in a returned product.
- Disclaimer of Other Warranties
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SPECIFIED HEREIN, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED IN ANY TERRITORY WHERE A PRODUCT IS SOLD, THE DURATION OF SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH HEREIN. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY COVERED UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN, THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY, SELECTION AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT IS WITH THE PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXAIRA IS NOT LIABLE UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY FOR ANY LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCONVENIENCE OR DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER, WHETHER DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFIT, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, FAILURE OF OTHER EQUIPMENT OR COMPUTER PROGRAMS TO WHICH NEXAIRA'S PRODUCT IS CONNECTED WITH, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA CONTAINED IN, STORED ON, OR INTEGRATED WITH ANY PRODUCT RETURNED TO NEXAIRA FOR WARRANTY SERVICE) RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, RELATING TO WARRANTY SERVICE, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, EVEN IF NEXAIRA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE SOLE REMEDY FOR A BREACH OF THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF THE DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCT. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF NEXAIRA UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OR REMEDIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.
Governing Law
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the foregoing limitations and exclusions may not apply. This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights and customers may have other rights which vary from state to state.
FCC Statement
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential or business installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Nexaira makes no guarantee that interference will not occur in any particular installation.
- Exchange/Return Process
Nexaira's 12 month warranty and 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee allow customers to return equipment within the timeframe of the warranty or guarantee. To ensure that the return is processed correctly and that the customer's account is properly credited, please follow these instructions:

- To complete the form you will need to list your:
- Company name
- Contact information
- Shipping address
- Order ID number
- Purchase date
- Model and serial number
- Firmware revision number
- Nexaira's customer service dept will provide an RMA number for all Requests. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the return shipment container. Any items received without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to the customer at their cost.
- Refer to the RMA email sent by Nexaira to ensure that all original items on the RMA request are included with the return. All missing or damaged items will be billed to the customer.
- Finally, box the product(s) and any accessories that were part of the original purchase in the original packaging and return them to

- Contacting Service Provider to Cancel Service
Upon returning activated equipment, the wireless service provider will require the customer to cancel their cellular service by contacting the provider directly. Unfortunately, due to service provider requirements, Nexaira Inc. is unable to cancel service on a customer's behalf. In most cases, the service provider will charge usage and other fees.
- Return Processing Time and Notification
Once Nexaira Inc. has received the returned product(s), the RMA will be processed within four business days. If additional testing is required to analyze the product's functionality, Nexaira will need approximately fourteen business days to complete the request, depending on the size of the request and company sales volume. If the return is accepted, an exchange or return warranty item shipment confirmation will be sent to the customer. If any issues arise with the exchange/return, Nexaira Inc. will advise the customer via telephone or email.
- Return Shipping
Shipping charges for returned product(s) to Nexaira Inc. are the responsibility of the customer. Nexaira recommends shipping returned product(s) with a company that enables shipment tracking. Nexaira will not be responsible for lost products unless there is a Nexaira signature as proof of delivery.
- Damaged in Shipping
If a product is damaged during return shipment, Nexaira will gladly provide a replacement. In the unlikely event that an exact replacement is unavailable, Nexaira reserves the right to offer an alternative product with similar features. If the alternative product is not acceptable, Nexaira will issue a refund for the total amount of the original purchase, upon receipt of the returned product. All RMA requests must adhere to the Exchange / Return Policy.
- Nexaira Modification of the Policy and Agreement
Nexaira reserves the right to modify this Policy and Agreement at any time, effective upon its posting, as modified, on www.nexaira.com.
