NOTE: The quickest way to request an RMA is to download and fill out the RMA request form and then forward to routers@nexaira.com for prompt processing. The RMA request form requires Microsoft Excel, the free OpenOffice software suite or similar software be installed on your machine. If you do not have office software installed and are unable to open the RMA request form then please fill out the below form which may take longer to process.
