The following matters were approved at the meeting as set out in our Proxy Statement Pursuant to Section 14(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 dated May 27, 2010: Election of Directors Our stockholders re-elected Brad Weinert, James Grey, Michael Donnell Mark Sampson and Ralph Proceviat, as directors for a one year term expiring on the day of the 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Brad Weinert was appointed Chairman of the Board and James Grey was appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee. Bernard Parkinson and Garry Bourns gave notice of their intention not to stand for re-election and accordingly tendered their resignations effective June 22, 2010.
