Nexaira Wireless Announces Results of its Annual Meeting of Stockholders held June 22, 2010

Vancouver, June 24, 2010- Nexaira Wireless Inc., ("Nexaira") (NXWI.OB) held its annual meeting of stockholders on June 22, 2010 in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The following matters were approved at the meeting as set out in our Proxy Statement Pursuant to Section 14(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 dated May 27, 2010:

Election of Directors

Our stockholders re-elected Brad Weinert, James Grey, Michael Donnell Mark Sampson and Ralph Proceviat, as directors for a one year term expiring on the day of the 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Brad Weinert was appointed Chairman of the Board and James Grey was appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee. Bernard Parkinson and Garry Bourns gave notice of their intention not to stand for re-election and accordingly tendered their resignations effective June 22, 2010. The Board would like to thank Messrs. Parkinson and Bourns for their past service to our company.

Ratification of Appointment of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm

Our stockholders ratified the appointment of BDO Seidman, LLP, as our independent registered public accounting firm.

Approval of 2009 Stock Option Plan

Our stockholders ratified our 2009 Stock Option Plan. Under the Plan, options to acquire common shares may be granted to directors, officers, consultants and employees of our company. A total of 15,000,000 common shares may be issued under the Plan.
